Video footage of passengers at a Perth train station has gone viral, following a group effort to free a man whose leg had been lodged between the train and the platform. Commuters joined together using strength to push the carriage away from the platform, making room for the man who was freed safely on Wednesday.
Jewish children threatened on Bondi bus
Five teenagers have been arrested after terrorising a Jewish school bus in Bondi yesterday. The young males, described as Australian and highly intoxicated, threatened to slice throats while yelling “heil Hitler”. The bus of about 30 students held passengers ranging from kindergarten to year 12 when the racial attack occurred.
