Sydney’s Night Noodle Markets officially kicked off last night.
With over 30 stalls serving food ranging from $5 to $20 there is something for everyone, including market favourites Mamak, Hoy Pinoy, Black Star Pastry and N2 Extreme Gelato.
So what’s good this year you ask? Try branching out from your basic night noodle market feeds and head over to some of the more daring stalls.
Bao Stop Sydney will be serving up its famous Duck Fries and Trifecta of Baos:
And Harajuku Gyoza will be putting on a show with its amazing raindrop cake:
This year organisers want eventgoers to “spend more time eating and less time lining up”. To achieve this the markets are a cash-free event to reduce waiting time.
So whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savoury, the night noodle markets have the whole spectrum covered.
The event runs from October 6 to 23 and takes place in Hyde Park. – Lisa Solinareos
